We went to the Bar during happy hour (5-6 PM) and had Negroni, wines and some food. Really good value, burger was really good and we love the ambience especially with the live Jazz music. Would love to come back again and try the restaurant. Highly recommended! ?

Easily one of the best restaurants in Sydney! I was looked after by Julia and Tristan and they were both wonderful and very attentive.

Came here for some food and drinks right after we landed, great way to start the trip! Chucho and Ernesto were great hosts! Will definitely come back before I leave!

Upon entering and heading down the timber panelled staircase, you know you are in for a treat. Love stepping back in time with this classic French inspired theme and decore. The ambience and back ground music sets the scene for a fantastic night out. A very well organised Restaurant with extremely tasty modern French cuisine. Delicious and very sumptuous. Staff are very friendly with great service and I would highly recommend a visit. Jazz during week nights, sets the seen and is a must. Loved it.

It was a friend Birthday dinner. We were all surprised and transported to somewhere amazing! It was dark ish and romantic. Service was attentive and food was great . the noise level was moderate so it was good for conversation..Sorry photos were very dark as we didn't want to use flash. We ordered all the classic yummy dishes...the bill was $120.- pp including drinks. We had a great night there!

Hubert is a French Restaurant located in the Sydney CBD Area. The place looks like a theatre. When you start wandering around the restaurant you may see the stage where live music can be performed. It has such a romantic atmosphere which is best for anniversaries, special days or etc with your partner. Despite of its expensive options in the menu compared to the portion of food, it has great taste of Prime Beef Tartare and Chicken Fricassée which were my favourite. I have not had a chance to try cocktails or desserts but probably they would be one of the best in town due to the quality of Hubert. Waiter and waitresses are also friendly in the place and they have good speed for the service.

Great music!! Dj and mc getting the restaurant involved in games and dancing. Really fun! The food was very good as well. Two blocks from the beach. Loved it!

The restaurant has an amazing vibe, the moment you step down the stairs you ll hear live jazz music. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Perfect for dinner dates, the candle in the middle of the tables makes the atmosphere romantic. Wide variety of dishes. Highly recommend to try oysters, escargots, sea urchin, layered potatoes and the steaks. Everything was delicious, very happy to have picked this place to take my partner for our anniversary. Had to wait awhile to be able and book this restaurant. Would come again!
